There will be no classes in both public and private schools in the National Capital Region on Nov. 16 and 17, the Metro Manila Development Authority announced on Tuesday.
This after members of the Metro Manila mayors agreed to suspend classes in all public and private levels to minimize traffic problems in time for the Association of Southeast Asian Nation Summit next month.
