Amaia Land, a unit of Ayala Land Inc. that focuses on building affordable house and lot and condominiums in the country, is investing P1.5 billion to develop a 20-hectare property in Novaliches, Quezon City.
Amaia Land project development assistant manager Ayla Reyes said Amaia Novaliches would have several components, including condominium units, townhouse units and shophouses.
The group so far has developed Amaia Steps Novaliches, which a a four-building mid-rise condominium ideal for homeowners seeking for a compact and low maintenance space, and Amaia Series Novaliches, a four-unit and a six-unit townhouse ideal for small to growing families.
It recently started offering Amaia Square Novaliches, a 41-unit development that aims to provide convenience for unit owners to live and work in the same place where the ground floor serves as a commercial space and residential unit above.
Amaia Square Novaliches offers multi-purpose shophouse units on the ground floor, with private residential units on the upper floor. Units at being sold at P5.9 million for a two-story unit to P6.8 million for a three-storey unit.
