DMCI Homes is set to complete its 1.9-hectare Zinnia Towers development in North EDSA, Quezon City with the scheduled turnover of its South Tower this December.
The completion of the South Tower concludes the construction of the two-tower residential condominium development. The 40-level North Tower was built in May 2016. The 45-level South Tower, meanwhile, is set to be turned over to unit owners this December.
Located along EDSA, Brgy. Katipunan, Quezon City, Zinnia Towers is accessible to commercial establishments as well as medical and educational institutions, making it an ideal residence for young couples and start-up families from the nearby provinces.
The contemporary, tropical themed-condominium bears the hallmarks of DMCI Homes’ design and engineering, including Lumiventt design technology, which is an architectural innovation that involves the strategic placement of open-air landscaped sky patios to maximize natural light and allow air circulation. “We aim to go beyond the expectations of our clients to ensure the best living experience in all our developments,” said DMCI Homes president Alfredo R. Austria.
