Crown Asia Chemicals Corp., a major manufacturer of quality pipes and compounds, said its products are now be available at AllHome, an all-service home furnishing chain owned by real estate magnate Manuel Villar.
Crown Asia said in a disclosure to the stock exchange it would bring Crown Pipes”•a complete line of world-class pipes and fittings that serve the needs of architects, builders and developers”•into AllHome stores starting this month.
“Crown’s presence in these one-stop construction supply depot assures availability of its quality products for project requirements of homebuilders and industry professionals,” Crown Asia chairman and general manager for pipes and roofing group Walter Villanueva said.
Crown Asia said prior to its decision to tap construction depot, the company was selling pipes and compounds to hardware dealers, wholesalers and distributors.
It said Crown Electrical, Crown Sanitary, Crown Blue, Crown PP-R pipes and precision-fit fittings are now among the brand’s product lines available at AllHome Taguig, Antipolo, Molino and Kawit branches.
The company will soon deliver products to all 13 AllHome stores in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
Crown Asia said there was a steady rise in the volume of property development and infrastructures.
“Construction business also continues to keep the growth momentum while developers increase their capital expenditures in response to the demand for massive residential and commercial needs as well as retail, commercial and tourism related establishments. Such construction developments are spread over key cities and provincial centers nationwide,” Crown Asia said.
AllHome has 13 stores in Metro Manila, Cavite and Bulacan. The group plans to have 35 to 50 outlets over the next few years.
Crown Asia said that at AllHome stores, buyers could objectively check and compare the superior quality of the company’s products.
Crown Asia is currently engaged in production of plastic compounds, plastic pipes and other related products such as polyvinyl chloride pellets, which are used directly and indirectly in the construction and telecommunications industries.
Crown Asia is also set to launch crown roofing, an addition to its portfolio of premium products by the fourth quarter.
