Childhaus, in its home for the last two years (and now 12 years in Quezon City) on Agoncillo St. in Paco Manila, marked its 14th anniversary with a simple celebration that started with a Holy Mass.

Performers were also invited to entertain the children, as there was an overflow of food brought in by generous sponsors. Most of the donors happily graced the simple yet very meaningful celebration of the institution sharing the happy day with the children who performed for their “Kuya Hans” and presented him with a birthday cake as well.

Twelve-year old Joyjoy Patilan, who has three months to go to complete her treatment, couldn’t contain her gratitude for the improvement of her condition. From a high-risk level leukemia, Joyjoy is now on maintenance as her condition is now down to 8 percent risk level. She even sang a song for the audience.

In the last 14 years, from Quezon City to Manila, Childhaus has grown and now has a wide variety of compassionate care and guidance.

As Childhaus is celebrating its 14th successful year, TWGRR host and Childhaus founder Ricky Reyes and the whole team is now looking to celebrate and promote the charity further–for another 14 years and beyond.

Watch the full celebration 9-10 a.m on GMA NewsTV today.
