President Rodrigo Duterte makes his fourth visit to Marawi City Monday, this time to ther Grand Mosque which has recently been retaken by government troops from terrorists of the Maute group after three months of relentless fighting. Joining the President are Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, Special Assistant Christopher “Bong” Go, Presidential Adviser on Military Affairs Arthur Tabaquero, and AFP chief Gen. Eduardo Año.
