Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has lifted the number coding for vehicles on Tuesday.
This is so that motorists, especially in flood-prone areas, may take trips to evacuate their families to safer grounds.

Number coding in Makati City has also been suspended.
Several areas are flooded in Metro Manila.
These include the tunnel along Aurora Boulevard in Cubao, Quezon City.
Roads from Blumentritt Street in Quezon City to Lerma in Manila are also submerged.
PAGASA says, areas affected by tropical depression "Maring," including Metro Manila, will continue to experience moderate to heavy rains throughout the day.
