The Kabalikat Civicom non-government organization, with its chapters from Quezon, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Bulacan and KB880-Respo of Quezon City, recently reached out to Dumagat tribesmen of Norzagaray in Bulacan, handing out to the tribesmen used clothes, food items, and water pails (inset photo). The Dumagats sang their welcome and gratitude, which underlined their appeal to outsiders not to destroy the environment they called their ‘lifetime sanctuary.’
