The country's oil firms raised pump prices by as much as P0.50 per liter effective Tuesday to reflect the movement of world oil prices in the domestic market.
The oil firms raised the price of kerosene by P0.50 per liter and diesel and kerosene by P0.40 per liter, respectively.

"Phoenix Petroleum Philippines will increase gasoline and diesel by P0.40 per liter effective 6 a.m. September 5, 2017," the company said.
Phoenix, Eastern Petroleum and Seaoil Philippines issued separate advisories of the price increase as of press time while other oil firms are expected to follow.
