An earthquake hit Sarangani on Saturday morning.
It was recorded at magnitude 5.9.

It struck at 8:30 am.
PHIVOLCS says, the quake was located 22 kilometers southeast of Mapalapatan town.
No damage is expected to result from the tremor but PHIVOLCS warns, there may be aftershocks.
Intensity 5 was felt in Malapatan and Alabel, Sarangani.
Intensity 4 was registered in Digos City and Kiamba, Sarangani.
Intensity 3 was recorded in Davao City and Lebak, Sultan Kudarat.
