Newly listed Cebu Landmasters Inc. said it booked P2.87 billion in reservation sales in the first half of the year, nearly approximating P2.94 billion registered in the full year of 2016.
CLI in a disclosure to the stock exchange attributed the strong sales take-up during the first six months of the year to the positive market reception on newly launched projects, namely 38 Park Avenue in Cebu IT Park, MesaTierra in Davao and Casa Mira South economic housing project in Naga, Cebu.
“We are very pleased to report our strong reservation sales performance for the first half of 2017,” CLI president and chief executive Jose Soberano III said.
“This is a testament to the strong demand for CLI’s diverse range of real estate offerings in Vis-Min which encompass the high-end, mid-market, and economic residential products along with our growing commercial and hospitality portfolio,” Soberano added.
