Three more buildings of DMCI Homes’ Asteria Residences in Sucat, Paranaque City are set for turnover before yearend in addition to the Vinca and Nerine.   DMCI Homes project development manager Karen Joyce Bautista said the 2.7-hectare development, with a neo-Asian minimalist theme, is almost sold out a year before the last building is turned over to unit owners middle of 2018— five months earlier than scheduled. She attributed the robust sales of the mid-rise development to the heavy presence of upgraders in the highly residential area.
