Looking south where the shopping, and playing, is easy

AboitizLand, one of the biggest real-estate developers in the country, is building The Outlets at Lipa, its first commercial venture in Luzon.  “The Outlets at Lipa will offer a 365-day shopping experience, providing easy access to premium brands at discount prices every day of the year,” said John Amon, AboitizLand’s vice President and head of innovation. He added that the development  will  have a multi-sports field and outdoor spaces (See photo).  “When people actually drive to the place, they can spend an entire day shopping, eating, with the kids playing football, watching live concerts—it’s really designed as a destination worth visiting,” he said.
