Kapuso Kim Domingo was one of the guest artists of Viral Fest Asia 2017 on June 2 and 3 in Bangkok, Thailand.
The event is an international music festival that promotes and celebrates the talent of different Asians around the world.
Joined by several famous acts both in the showbiz industry and online media platforms, Domingo stood out with her wit and charm as she joined a panel discussion that talked about the significance of new technology in business.
Entitled “Selling to Millennials: Influencer Marketing and Commerce,” Domingo discussed how social media can help her reach more fans and followers. She also shared how the new technology can engage her in different brands, making way for various opportunities and advertisement offers.
After the discussion, the Kapuso star joined the crowd and enjoyed the performances of Asian acts, like Korean superstar Rain and Japanese Pop girl group AKB48.
Domingo briefly shared her experience during the festival, “It was nice to see all these talented people gather together and enjoy what they do. For me naman, I am honored to be invited here. I got to share my thoughts and meet new people. I’m thankful for the opportunity.”
The event’s objective to promote different Asian artists has been successful for Kim as she recently gained more followers on social media after Raditya Dika, an Indonesian multimedia star, posted a photo with Kim on his Instagram account. The photo now has 300,000 likes.
