LGU workers in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya Thursday start to implement the closure and demolition order for illegal stalls and occupants in a bid to improve tax collection, fire prevention and public safety. Mayor Ralph Lantion said the 15 houses and business stalls have not complied with local tax ordinance provisions, among others.
