Martina Nava receives a certificate of special recognition with P100,000 cash gift for being one of the living centenarians in Quezon City during the flag raising ceremony on Monday. Twelve other living centenarians in QC were also recognized, each receiving the same amount of cash gift. The award for each centenarian is authorized under City Ordinance 2542-2016, authored by Councilor Roger Juan and approved by Mayor Herbert Bautista.
