‘My Dear Heart’ draws more viewers

More viewers nationwide tuned in to and showed support for the family of Jude (Zanjoe Marudo) and Clara (Bela Padilla) with Gia (Ria Atayde) and Margaret (Coney Reyes) in My Dear Heart as they raced against time to save Heart (Heart Ramos) from her worsening condition. The show kept its lead in national TV ratings over its previous and new rival shows on May 26 and May 29.

Last week, the episode in which Heart continued to fight her illness after her sudden breakdown garnered a national TV rating of 26.9 percent, while the finale episode of Destined to Be Yours” only got 18.6 percent, according to data from Kantar Media across urban and rural homes.

Viewers’ intense support was also felt last Monday after Gia discovered that someone secretly poisoned her daughter, as the show hit a national TV rating of 28 percent, compared to the pilot episode of My Love From the Star (19.2 percent).

Meanwhile, now that Jude, Clara, Gia, and Margaret know that someone wants to put Heart’s life in danger, they will do everything to find out the truth and make the culprit pay for his sins. However, Francis (Eric Quizon) will make sure that no one finds about his plans and continues to manipulate them with his lies.
