Surigao del Norte has been struck by a magnitude 4.1 earthquake.
The tremor occurred at 11:34 am on Saturday.

Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) says the epicenter of the quake is 58 kilometers northeast of Burgos town.
It is tectonic in origin and has a depth of 5 kilometers.
No aftershocks were reported.
Burgos is located in the north of Siargao island.
