PRC building in Manila evacuated due to bomb threat

Bomb threat has disrupted work at the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).

All persons inside the PRC building in Morayta, Manila were ordered to get out of the building after the security personnel received a phone call that said, a bomb would supposedly explode inside the establishment.

The phone call was reportedly received at about 11 am on Friday.

A bomb squad from the Manila Police District immediately arrived and conducted an inspection.

PRC employees and people who had transactions in the PRC were evacuated from the building.

At noon on Friday, they were standing on the sidewalks.

Authorities closed Nicanor Reyes and Paredes Streets where the building is located.

As of 1 pm, haf-day work was declared in the PRC building.

Employees were ordered to go home.

Work will resume on Monday.

PRC outlets in other parts of Metro Manila are still open for business.
