Brand new series Gok’s Fill Your House for Free airs 9:50 p.m. every Monday. Author, television presenter and fashion consultant Gok Wan has reopened the “Fill Your House for Free” shop in Glasgow, stocking it with furniture, which has been sourced for free. Each day, Gok will invite a family to embrace upcycling and prove to them that you can really transform your house without breaking your bank. With plenty of practical tips and inspirational advice, Gok will show that second hand is not second best. 

Many of us daydream about what it would be like to drop off the grid and live a simpler life. Starting at 8:55 tonight, Unplugged Nation follows a family each week and leave the city life behind and a take the leap into off-grid living. The families will learn what it takes to live the “unplugged” way of life – from growing their own food, running their own electricity to fending for themselves – then they will decide whether they can hack it off-grid or need to move back to the city. 

Gok’s Fill Your House for Free

Look forward to new episodes of Waterfront Housing Season 2 8:55 p.m. every Wednesday. Real estate expert Nick Waldner will help prospective buyers find the home of their dreams in the perfect waterfront location. Nick will unearth one-of-a-kind properties for water craving buyers and give them a peek inside some of the most incredible waterfront homes. 

Seven Year Switch Season 2 is back with new episodes, 9:50 p.m. every Saturday. The series follows the journey of another four couples that have hit breaking point in their marriage. Each of the couples will participate in an extreme innovative experiment of switch therapy in which they swap partners and partake in experimental marriages in order to help determine if different traits and characteristics in a partner could make their marriage stronger. Will their temporary partners be able to fill the void they’ve been yearning for, or will they discover that the grass isn’t always greener?
