MILO Rivera clinched the overall best time of the day, followed by Dr. Peewee Mendiola in the second leg of the RACE Motorsports Club Phoenix National Slalom Series recently at Robinsons Starmills Pampanga parking lot.
The Tough Gear Racing standout Rivera also bagged the Rear Wheel Best time, while Jevoy Moreno of Auto Fastion won the Front Wheel top clocking.
Team Comet’s Eden Dizon garnered the Novice Best Time.
The event was highlighted by the participation of drivers from the “Garahista” motorsports show to be aired Sports + Action, with host Rivera, himself a national slalom champion here, and co-host Joyce Pring.
The 2017 RACE Motorsports Club National Slalom Series is presented by Phoenix Premium 98 and Phoenix Premium Accelerate Fully Synthetic Oil, with major sponsors Federal Tyres, Outlast Battery, Robinsons Starmills, Robinson Malls and supported by Starbright Body Kits, Auto Transporter, Cars Unlimited Auto Sales Fairview and Mark Young Cars, media partners Stoplight TV, C! Taking part in the race are Team Big Chill, Tough Gear Racing Team, Team Orthodox, IRM Autoshoppe, Auto Fastion Racing Team, Team GMW, Kajega Racing Team and Mark Young cars.
The third leg will be held on May 7 at NFA Compound, Cabanatuan City, while the first leg of the Slalom Invitational will be on April 23 at Robinsons Calasiao, Pangasinan.
