Duterte to spend Holy Week with OFWs in Middle East

President Rodrigo Duterte will take trips to three countries in the Middle East this coming Holy Week.

He is off to a state visit in Saudi Arabia from April 10 to 12.

Then, he will fly to Bahrain on April 12 and will stay there until April 14.

He will be in Qatar from April 14 to 16.

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) says, there are about 760,000 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Saudi Arabia.

Around 600 Filipinos work in Bahrain while about 250,000 OFWs are in Qatar.

Duterte will meet Filipino communities during these travels.
