“In Batangas, majority of house and lot buyers are growing families who want to upgrade their lifestyle. They usually need bigger living spaces and search for a secure and quiet community for their children,” Herrero said.

Herrero said including projects in northern part of Luzon, sales could reach as much as P6 billion.

Herrero said demand for mid-scale housing projects in South Luzon remained strong which encouraged the company to accelerate the launching of a 21-hectare residential community called Avida Settings Lipa.

Herrero said Avida Settings Lipa would be its seventh project in the province, offering house and lots in three different models and lots only.
