Members of various affiliated groups of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines and underground revolutionary organizations under the banner of the Communist Party of the Philippines hold a lightning rally and blocked Aurora Blvd., cor. Edsa, Cubao, Quezon City on March 27, 2017 to mark the upcoming 48th Anniversary of the New People’s Army on March 29.
