Dela Rosa is discussing with them the ongoing investigation into the abduction and death of Korean businessman Jee Ick Joo.
PNP-National Capital Region Office (NCRPO) Chief Oscar Albayalde and some local officials are accompanying the police chief in the event.
Central Luzon is home to many Koreans.
About 20,000 of them live in Angeles City.
On Monday at the PNP Headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City, Dela Rosa had met with officials of South Korean national police.
Jee was abducted from his home in Angeles City, Pampanga on October 18, 2016 and he was reportedly strangled to death in Camp Crame.
