Scores of drug surrenderers, who finished the three-month program ‘Rehabilitation sa Barangay’ in San Juan City, join Mayor Guia Gomez, Vice Mayor Janella Estrada, the City Council and police officers during a ceremony at the San Juan Police Station. They will now go through the Barangay Anti-Narcotics Action Team or BANAT, where they will act as barangay security in the ’Rising City of Excellence.’
