He also said the final two components, which are the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, and leak detection and monitoring set, will be acquired soon with the release of their remaining loan from German bank KFW.

The OWD, through the assistance of Local Water Utilities Administration, secured loan from the German bank amounting to P101 million to fund 5 components of works.

The 3 components of works already accomplished were water source development, civil works, and state-of-the-art reservoir.

LWUA said OWD is one of the best managed water districts in the country, and their more than 10,000 household-concessionaires are assured of improved services including clean and quality water.
