Children from Sitio Papatahan, Barangay 9 in Paete, Laguna receive cups of ‘lugaw’ or porridge from members of the Laguna Provincial Public Safety Company, headed by District Commander Police Chief Insp. Noel Valdez and Chief Insp. Henry Villagonzalo, with support from members of the Philippine Army.
