Chairman Thomas Alcantara drink a cup of sake , or nihonshu, the traditional sweet, low-alcoholic Japanese drink made from fermented rice, following the ‘Kagami Biraki’ or the breaking of the sake barrel during the inauguration of the Sarangani Energy Corp. Power Plant Thursday.
