Baybay City Regional Trial Court in Leyte has issued a warrant of arrest against self-confessed drug supplier Kerwin Espinosa.
This is in connection with a murder case filed against him for the death of Gregorio Velarde Sr. in September 2015.

The National Bureau of Investigation has the custody of Espinosa at this time, as he faces other charges relating to drugs and illegal possession of firearms.
He is under the Witness Protection Program of the Department of Justice.
