Volunteers of the Tzu Chi Foundation helped over 500 families who welcomed the New Year without homes after a fire razed their community in Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City on Dec. 27. The volunteers hastened the cleanup by bringing shovels and performed other services for the residents.
