A fire hit the Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City Friday afternoon.
The fire razed the hospital’s engineering department at 2:05 p.m. and reached the third alarm, but was declared under control at 2:32 p.m.

Sr. Supt. Jesus Fernandez, Quezon City fire marshal, said they have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
