President Rodrigo Duterte confirms that online gambling tycoon Jack Lam is ready to turn himself in.
Lam faces charges of bribery and economic sabotage.

“Jack Lam has sent feelers that he would like to surrender,” Duterte said during an ambush interview at the groundbreaking ceremony of Bicol International Airport in Albay.
The President is leaving it up to Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre and PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa to handle the matter, should Lam arrive in the country from abroad.
