President Rodrigo Duterte is greeted Thursday by Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Kazuhide Ishikawa in the run up to the birthday celebration of Japan Emperor Akihito, at the SMX Convention Center in Davao City, who turns 83 on December 23.
