More than 2,500 visitors attended the recent housing fair organized by propery portal Lamudi Philippines at SM Megamall. Homebuyers, investors, property bidders, and seminar attendees dropped by for investment and homebuying seminars conducted by industry experts, as well as discounts offered by various developers and real estate companies. One major partner, My Saving Grace Realty & Development Corporation, generated a total of Php25 million worth of property sales during the event’s property auction. “We are now seeing a new trend in real estate buying in the form of property auctions,” said Jacqueine van den Ende, managing director of Lamudi Philippines and MyProperty.ph. At the opening of the three-day event were Dr. Eduardo G.
