PAGASA reports the Low Pressure Area (LPA) east of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur has dissipated while inside an Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
Nevertheless, cloudy skies with moderate rains will still prevail over Visayas, Mindanao, MIMAROPA and Bicol.

Meanwhile, a tropical depression is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Thursday.
It will be called ‘Marce’ once it enters PAR.
The tropical depression is moving west northwest.
The weather bureau may issue a severe weather bulletin at 11 am on Thursday.
