A severe tropical storm is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) within Saturday.
It will be named ‘Helen’ once it arrives.

The cyclone has been located at 1,510 kilometers east of Central Luzon.
It carries maximum sustained winds of up to 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120 kph.
The storm is moving west northwest at 24 kph.
PAGASA says, the weather disturbance may primarily affect Batanes.
