House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez has complied with Sandiganbayan’s suspension order for Pangasinan Fifth District Representative Amado Espino Jr. and Camarines Sur Second District Representative Luis Raymund Villafuerte.
The suspension orders take effect for 90 days or three months.

Espino is facing a graft case at the Sandiganbayan for alleged illegal blacksand mining activity in Lingayen Gulf when he was governor.
Villafuerte is accused of graft at the Sandiganbayan over the alleged anomalous P 20-million fuel purchase made for Camarines Sur’s provincial goverment when he was governor.
