Duterte mum on Veloso’s case

President Rodrigo Duterte is not disclosing the result of his conversation with Indonesian President Joko Widodo on the case of convicted Filipino drug mule Mary Jane Veloso.

“There are matters I cannot tell you now,” he said upon arrival from his working visit in Indonesia.

Duterte says, he first wants to talk with the parents of Veloso.

As for his trip to Indonesia, he said, “I was welcomed by President Widodo. I am truly humbled.”
