Government is conducting a crackdown against emission test centers accredited by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) that give certifications to vehicle owners who skip the actual smoke emission tests for their units.
The campaign is headed by the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
