Graft cases to be filed vs. people in Duterte’s drug matrix

Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella says, graft charges will be filed against persons named by President Rodrigo Duterte in his so-called drug matrix.

Abella says, the pieces of evidence against them are verified although other details are still being finalized.

He adds, the matrix is based on the collective intelligence of government agencies involved in the anti-drug campaign.

Senator Leila de Lima and Pangasinan Representative Amado Espino Jr. were earlier tagged by President Duterte as among the alleged protectors of criminal activities such as drugs, gambling and black sand mining.
