VICE President Leni Robredo, head of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council, urged on Tuesday all shelter agencies to come up with their own citizen’s charter to be able to fast-track the processing of housing requirements for low-cost housing projects.
She also stressed the need to create a one-shop of all concerned agencies to streamline the number of documentary requirements from 27 to nine.

The length of documentation processing shall only take 15 to 20 days, instead of the average length of processing for socialized housing of two years.
