The Ombudsman has filed a graft case against Zamboanga del Sur Representative Aurora Cerilles at the Sandiganbayan.
The case stems from the alleged questionable purchase of 40 sets of solar lights in 2008 worth P 14.9-million for Dumalinao town.

The Ombudsman says, the procurement did not go through public bidding and was approved in a matter of three days.
Money from Former Congressman Antonio Cerilles’ Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) was supposedly used to pay for the solar lights.
