The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is set to subject to forensic investigation the cellular phones confiscated inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP).
This is according to Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre.

The phone units were seized by the Special Action Force (SAF) during a raid in the prison complex under ‘Oplan Bilibid.’
Aguirre says, NBI will find out who are the inmates who are able to place outgoing calls.
From these investigations, the Secretary hopes, they will find out who are the persons the prisoners are communicating with.
Aguirre says, three phone units were taken from the detention cell of alleged drug lord Peter Co.
