The Bay City reclamation project, formerly called Boulevard 2000, is billed as the next business center in Metro Manila by Leechiu Property Consultants (LPC). Located west of Roxas Boulevard on Manila Bay, Bay City offers office accommodation to BPOs and corporate offices. Among the early bird developments are Central Business Park 1, the sector of Bay City that also includes Aseana City and SM Mall of Asia. David Leechiu, LPC CEO, said Metro Manila’s office markets performed well as of mid 2016, and predicted that 62% of the office stock will be completed in 2016. “The top business locations of Metro Manila now have high occupancy levels so it’s high time to bring attention to new hubs that can accommodate the office space demand of BPO and corporates,” he said. The NexGen Tower (shown in photo) is one of the buildings in the pipeline in Bay City.
