In search of leaders

The Association of Filipino Franchisers, Inc. (AFFI) recently launched the first Leadership Council Conference for its board officers at the Pioneer House, Makati City. The conference was spearheaded by AFFI honorary member Sonia Roco (shown here leading the pledge of commitment), Philippine Environmental Sustainability advocate Antonio Ingles, and motivational speaker, author, Jayson Lo. With the theme “Thriving nation through empowered business leaders”, the event focused on instilling the organization’s five core values, nationalism, integrity-leadership, camaraderie, enterprise, and service (NICES) in its leadership council.
