The Manabits met at work as parts of a food company service crew, fell in love and eventually got hitched, then decided to bravely pursue a career as entrepreneurs.
“We knew we wanted something more—something we could call our own,” Mary Grace said.
Jerson started first in supplying non-beauty related goods to businesses, but the 2019 pandemic sent him and wife to a start-up in locally-grown beauty and skincare products.

“We were inspired by other cosmetic companies that were able to help boost the confidence of the people by the beauty products. And we wanted to create plant based products with high quality and affordable for them to also have a extra income as dealers,” said the Manabits.”Our struggles and dreams helped us realize to share our blessings to other people by teaching them how to start a business at a small capital and also wanted to improve their quality of life.”
And these statements led to the birth to Ageless Beauty.
From an initial batches of calamansi-infused soaps, Ageless Beauty has expanded into a wide range of products — cream gels, feminine wash, glowing facial soaps, liniment oil, lotions, antioxidant capsules, sunscreen for kids, and more.
More, like foam wash, perfumes, underarm products, and a hair grower formula — all meant to make affordable but complete beauty and wellness essentials to more Filipinos.

Ageless Beauty is carving a niche in the beauty and wellness business by focusing on plant-based and organic ingredients blended with proven skincare science and technology.

“We make promotional activities like free local and international travels, encourage our dealers/users to post and share @ social media their testimonials in using our products and in return we give raffle prizes like cash, gadgets, negosyo packages.
“We do community relations at remote areas, we do annual recognitions with our dealers, and we also involved our customers in social media by sharing their testimonials and interviews about Ageless Beauty products.”
And to build a wider customer base, Ageless Beauty has invited home-based wives and mothers to a business presentation campaign about tits products and how to do the business, as partners.
