Filipino actress Lovi Poe stars alongside Seann William Scott in the newly released action-comedy “Bad Man,” portraying Izzy, a spirited lead character caught in both romance and danger with Deputy Sam Evans, played by Johnny Simmons.
“It’s honestly a dream come true to be working alongside such an amazing cast,” Poe said in a statement.
“Bad Man was such a fun movie to be part of—so full of energy, heart, and humor. Mike Diliberti and JJ Nelson did such a beautiful job writing it, and with Mike directing as well, they created something witty and entertaining. I’m just so happy and grateful to be part of it, and I can’t wait for everyone to watch,” she added.
Directed by Michael Diliberti, Bad Man also features Chance Perdomo and Rob Riggle.
The film is now available on U.S. streaming platforms and in select theaters, while a Philippine release has yet to be announced.
