GMA’s prized actor Alden Richards is dreaming big, and fans might just see it happen sooner than expected. The actor recently shared his hope to work with Anne Curtis in a silver screen project.
“Actually, we have a project in the pipeline, but I think she has to finish first the projects she previously signed up for. The same thing with me—I also have to honor my prior commitments,” Alden said.
When asked about his impression of Anne, he didn’t hold back. “We’ve met on shoots before. I can feel that she’s a kind person and easy to deal with. That’s why I’m excited to share the screen with her!”

Fans are also curious about Alden’s return to teleseryes. His last drama, Pulang Araw, co-starred Barbie Forteza, Sanya Lopez, and David Licauco. This year, he’s been busy hosting the reality dance competition Stars on the Floor, while also juggling pilot training, product endorsements, and attending international film festivals for Out of Order, his directorial debut.
“For sure, I’ll be doing a soap next year. I may be doing many things on and off showbiz, but one thing’s certain: I will never turn my back on acting. There’s a very good offer for a teleserye I’m considering, but I can’t divulge details yet,” he said.
On the success of Out of Order on Netflix Philippines, Alden teased that another project is on the horizon.
“I’ll be doing one with Viva, where I’m both the lead actor and director. Details will be announced during the media conference,” he added.
