Philippine property developers won 10 Best in Asia titles at the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, marking one of the country’s strongest showings at the regional competition and underscoring the growing depth of the local real estate sector.
The awards night, held at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, capped PropertyGuru’s two decades of recognizing real estate excellence across 13 Asian markets. More than 90 categories were contested, covering residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

Robinsons Land Corp. led the Philippine winners, taking home four awards, including Best Luxury Developer (Asia). The company also received recognition for The Mall | NUSTAR, The Victor at Bridgetowne and work.able GBF Center 1.
Its hospitality arm, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts, was also named Best Hospitality Developer (Asia), while RLC Residences, a Robinsons Land subsidiary, won awards for its Sync development and The Residences at The Westin Manila.
“As we celebrate 45 years of ‘Building Better Lives,’ being named Best Hospitality Developer (Asia) is a milestone of great significance for Robinsons Hotels and Resorts and the entire Robinsons Land Corporation,” said Mybelle Aragon-GoBio, RLC president and chief executive.

At its core, this honor reflects our commitment to champion and showcase Filipino excellence, grounded in a deep understanding of the needs of our guests and communities. This collective achievement inspires us as we continue delivering world-class Filipino hospitality,” she said.
Other Philippine developers were also recognized including Aboitiz Economic Estates, Aboitiz Land Inc., and FIESTA Communities Inc.
The Philippines’ 10-title haul came amid strong competition from across the region. Malaysia emerged as the top-performing country with 17 Best in Asia awards, followed by Indonesia with 15 and Vietnam with 14. Singapore developers earned 11 awards, while Thailand took seven.

The top honor of Best Developer (Asia) went to Hong Kong-based Henderson Land Development Company Limited. Its project, The Legacy – 8 Castle Road, also won in both development and design categories.
Thailand’s Reignwood Group led its country’s winners, while Supaluck Umpujh, chairwoman of The Mall Group, received the PropertyGuru Icon Award for her contributions to mixed-use and retail developments.

PropertyGuru said the entries were judged by an independent panel of industry experts and audited by HLB to ensure the integrity of the awards.
